The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers show that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) may be heading for a major downfall.
With Kyle fighting back against his own father, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), and mother Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters), he will be ice skating uphill by confronting them.
Not only that, he has Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) coming at him with a custody battle, Kyle is going to feel like he’s being backed into a corner and this is where we could see the wild of Kyle come out.
He will fight back and defend himself any way he sees fit and ultimately it could lead to him hurting someone he never would want to.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Is Kyle Abbott The New Adam Newman?
Many viewers have begun to compare Kyle to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Adam is always the black sheep of the Newman family, fighting against his father Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), and always ends up hurting the people he loves. While Kyle may never be as well-liked as Adam, it’s hard not to see the similarities.
The key difference is that Kyle has had a silver spoon his whole life and never had to really struggle. Now, at the first sign of any actual indifference, he is already starting to crack.
The situation with Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) and finding out Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell) was actually his son was a shock, but Kyle knew he would have the means to provide for Harrison and could be a father.
Of course, now Harrison is just with a nanny the whole time… a nanny who just got out of a mental institution let’s not forget!
Y&R Spoilers – Kyle Abbott’s Downfall
This version of Kyle may be here to stay and there’s a lot of trouble he could get into. Especially with Summer and his parents.
There’s not telling what he is going to do next, but if the custody battle breaks him, could there be a moment he snaps and does something he regrets?
What if he were to kidnap Summer and hold her somewhere so she’s unable to continue her court case and battle for Harrison?
We could see some dark things coming out of Kyle in the future, and honestly, we’re kind of here for it. It’s about time they made this character a little more interesting.
