The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Tuesday, July 2, reveals that Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) will hang out with Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) and learn some secrets during their conversation.

Although Michael was instructed to get friendly with Diane again to redeem himself with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), he probably isn’t supposed to leak inside information!

Nevertheless, Michael will make a risky move by revealing a few things to Diane.

That could involve Michael’s fears about Victor’s revenge on Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and the role he wants Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) to play.

Michael might help with Kyle’s Glissade contract and break the news to Diane that her son is in enemy territory.

Diane may ultimately realize that’s why Kyle and Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) looked like they were conspiring at the athletic club.

Audra and Kyle are co-running Glissade as a team, so you can bet Diane will be furious over that shocker.

Over with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), she’ll be guilt-ridden over Jack’s life going off the rails and will blame herself for a lot of the trouble he’s facing.

Nikki may grill Victor about his payback plot and get the feeling that Jabot is about to get hit hard.

Although Victor won’t reveal much about his agenda, Nikki wasn’t born yesterday and knows how her husband operates.

That could lead to Nikki warning Jack to keep his guard up since Victor is clearly coming for him.

Whether Jack finds out about Kyle’s Glissade job from Nikki, Diane or even Kyle himself, he’ll have to deal with this betrayal blow sooner or later.

Y&R spoilers say Jack will corner Kyle and rip into him at some point during the week of July 1-5, so we’ll bring you predictions on how that faceoff will go.

Until then, Kyle will prepare for his dinner at Society with Claire Grace (Hayley Erin), which will bring a discussion about Summer Newman’s (Allison Lanier) custody agreement changes, Kyle’s new career path and more.
