The Young and the Restless star, who is best known for his role as Victor Newman on the hit CBS soap, certainly did have a lot to say at the end of Thursday night’s debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden.
And it seems for once the majority of his followers agree with him.
Eric, who often has one thing or another to say about current events, felt very passionate when he shared his thoughts on the debate and of course, President Joe Biden’s performance.
Eric certainly didn’t hold back and especially when he used his all-caps.
The actor wrote, “The elders of the DEMOCRATIC PARTY NEED TO GO TO JOE BIDEN TOMORROW AND THANK HIM FOR ALL HE HAS DONE AND TELL HIM IT IS SIMPLY TIME TO HAND OVER THE CANDIDACY TO SOMEONE ELSE, SO THAT THE COUNTRY HAS ENOUGH TIME TO ADJUST TO THE NEW REALITY!”
The actor continued, “For the good of the country!! Thank Joe Biden for his extraordinary service to the country but ask him to gracefully step aside!! Hurts me to say this, but it’s the bitter truth!!”

Of course, many of his fans and followers sure did have a lot to say about the matter.
Some even commented with, “This isn’t it. One bad night with a cold isn’t reason to bail on the very good man who has done more in 31/2 years than any President before him.”
Another fan wrote, “Now, it is clear why he was taking time to review and prepare. physically, a cold can wreak havoc on our brains as well as bodies. Counting him out is a mistake.”
And then there was this comment as well, “He was great at the after party. I am wondering if he is so focused on his next answer that his note taking is not as good. Tapper & Bash did not moderate.”
