The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Monday, July 15, reveals that Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) will glare once Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) and Harrison Abbott’s (Redding Munsell) bond is on full display again.
After Claire takes off, Summer will ask Harrison about Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) decision to move out and whether he’s really OK with going to live somewhere else.
Harrison will seem thrilled over the chance to decorate his new room, so Summer will suggest he could decorate one at her new house, too.
Once Summer reveals her own plans to settle down somewhere, she’ll note that Harrison can help her find the perfect place.
Harrison will like that idea, but then he’ll start to wonder if Summer’s asking him to choose where he wants to live.
Kyle will overhear that question and lash out at Summer once they’re alone.
Although Kyle will see that Summer’s preparing for custody drama, she’ll act like her focus is on giving Harrison a stable life and she’ll ask if Kyle can say the same.
At the coffeehouse, Katie Abbott (Sienna Mercuri) will be rude to Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) and will act like he should just go spend time with Claire on his own.
After Katie complains about everything being about Claire now, she’ll be upset over all the changes since she came home.
Claire will walk in on Katie ranting, but she’ll request a private chat and slowly start to win her sister over.
Once Claire seeks tips on handling Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) hovering, Katie will seem like she likes being the one giving advice.
Katie will also quiz Claire about her old life with Jordan (Colleen Zenk), so Claire will admit her aunt was terrifying and that she didn’t really have any friends growing up.
Katie will show compassion for Claire and will share some laughs with her at dinner later, so Victoria will exchange a smile with Cole as he holds her hand.
After Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) reminds Kyle of Claire’s lack of real-world experience, he’ll warn him not to take advantage of that.
Victor will also have a run-in with “Billy Boy” aka Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and give him warning of his own.
Once Victor mentions Chancellor-Winters’ demerger, he’ll seem concerned about the companies being more vulnerable after the split.
Victor will refuse to let Billy’s ego mess things up for Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) and Jill Abbott (Jess Walton).
At Society, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will bump into Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks), so they’ll all debate Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) medication adjustments, strange behavior and potential loneliness.
At the cottage, Sharon will have a nightmare about Cassie Newman’s (Camryn Grimes) accident and how she threw herself over her daughter’s casket.
Sharon will dream of some other memories as well, but the most unsettling part will be when she “sees” Cassie standing in the living room.
Once Sharon awakens, she’ll seem confused over what’s going on and will eventually answer the door. Nick, Tessa and Mariah will bring a meal over, but Sharon will know they’re actually checking in out of concern.
Although Mariah will worry that Sharon is lonely, she’ll ask how that could be true when she’s got all these busybodies to remind her that she’s loved.
Sharon will step into the kitchen later, so she’ll look uneasy when she hears Cassie call out to her mom.
