The Young and the Restless: Y&R Star Hints at Claire And Kyle’s Future

In a chat with Soaps In Depth, the Y&R diva dished about her alter ego’s feelings for the guy.

“Kyle’s such a great character, and he is multifaceted like Claire.”

However, Claire has only ever seen kindness and understanding and has been given grace by Kyle. Erin joked, “So he’s a real ally to her, and it doesn’t hurt that he’s… you know, kind of good-looking.” Moreover, now that Summer and Kyle have separated, she has a say in who takes care of Harrison.

But that won’t enable her to dictate Kyle’s social life in any way. Still, even though Claire and Kyle are both single, they might not be ready to mingle just yet! Hayley reflected, “While I don’t think her head is there right now, there’s definitely the potential.” Additionally, Y&R updates predict that if Claire and Kyle start seeing each other, it could open a can of worms with Summer. The lady already doesn’t like Claire! “Which we love!” Erin chuckled.

So we’ll have to wait and see how this relationship unfolds. In other news, Hayley starred in her first movie, New Life, which premiered in select theatres and streamed on May 3! Erin gushed, “I’m so excited. “It’s my first film, and we shot it in 2022.” She also elaborated on the flick, saying it’s a really interesting genre-defying, female-led character piece. And boy, is she proud, “I just had the best time filming it, and I’m so proud of the finished project.”

Hayley teased, “It’s got a little something for everyone, and it takes some unexpected twists and turns.” Furthermore, the soap star encouraged everyone to go in blind and just buckle up. “It’s a roller coaster.” New Life follows the tale of Jessica Murdock (Hayeley), a mysterious young woman on the run. It also stars Sonya Walger as Elsa Gray, the fixer assigned to bring her in. As the two women bump into each other, the stakes rise to apocalyptic proportions.

Erin added, “It’s a really interesting new take on this cat and mouse.” Hayley gave us all a heads up that it’s a really touching story, going gruesome in some parts.
