Sister Wives star Tony Padron is the new stand-out man for fans
around his wife’s growing family,
especially after what they learned about him recently.

Tony Padron seemed to get a bad rap when first entering the Sister Wives family several years back. The headlines had him as someone who is all about tacos. They also suggested that he spent Kody Brown‘s money like it was his own.
Back when Mykelti Brown Padron and Tony planned their wedding, their list topped 400 people. Since the Sister Wives patriarch foot the bill for the wedding, he got a bit irritated.
Much of this grand guest list consisted of Tony’s extended family and many friends. He insisted on tacos as the wedding dinner. But he didn’t want the tacos that Christine Brown made. No, he wanted authentic street tacos.
To make matters worse he estimated 10 tacos per guest, which came to 4,000 tacos. Fans were outraged and Kody would hang his head and sigh periodically as the wedding planning took place.

Back when Tony dismissed his future mother-in-law’s tacos as not the real thing, people saw that as an insult. But it looks like today Christine Brown understands completely what her daughter’s husband meant all those years back on Sister Wives.
Mykelti and Tony recently did a cooking segment with Christine Brown. And the menu… street tacos. Christine used the ingredients that her son-in-law favors, including pieces of beef rather than ground beef.
Once the delectable delight was complete, Christine, Mykelti, and Tony feasted on the street tacos. All three celebrities from Sister Wives agreed that these tacos were no comparison to the tacos many moms make in their kitchens at home for their families. And like Christine also made for her family for years.
But there was Tony with his wife and her mother, cooking in the kitchen. This is not the type of scene that Kody got involved with during the ten-plus years of the Sister Wives show. This gave fans a lot of fuel to make comparisons.

The more fans get to know Tony Padron, the more they report being awestruck learning things about this dad of three. When Mykelti recently embarked on a trip to Europe with her family, Tony stayed home with the kids.
The couple have three little kids. Their daughter Avalon Padron is two and her twin brothers, Archer Padron and Ace Padron, are still in the crawling stage. Three kids that young are a handful even for the most saintly parents.
Tony had help from his sisters and mom. But he still stayed home and remained a hands-on dad while his wife was away. When she returned he gushed on social media how much he loved her and how much he missed her.

So far the Sister Wives comments indicate that they think Tony Padron is a good sport. He joined in with that taco cooking with his mother-in-law most likely knowing his taco days of years ago would crop up.
Plus fans cannot say enough about his daddy duties, as his many posts have him doing child-oriented activities. Then caring for his three tots as Mykelti traveled won him many thumbs up from the fans.
His 100-lb weight loss also received rave reviews from fans. His weight loss pics, which are seen here, also put Tony Padron in the headlines recently, along with his other interesting deeds. So, to the Sister Wives fans, he looks like the man of the hour these days.
But when he first appeared on the Sister Wives screen, fans didn’t know what to make of him, as the tweet above suggests. Although, he’s come a long way today.
Sister Wives: Mykelti Brown Padron Sings Hubby Praises
Now a very busy Mykelti jumped on social media today to say hi to her fans. But as she did this she talked about Tony’s work and the long hours he puts in. Most Sister Wives fans know that Tony Padron is into the game of chess. But they might not know that he plays competitively.
So, today Mykelti shared how her husband just got back from Phoenix. He went there for a weekend chess tournament. This father of three is also a managing member of a Utah chess center.
So, Sister Wives fans today use many comparisons between Tony Padron and Kody Brown. The consensus seems to be that Mykelti Brown Padron married a man very much unlike dear old dad.
