My 600-lb Life alum Milla Clarke had one of
the most incredible stories in the show.
She arrived in Season 4 and was struggling when she met Dr. Now.
Her lymphedema made her unable to stand for almost two years before she sought help. Her husband also had health issues, leaving her five children to take responsibility. But despite all the obstacles, the Tennessee native fought and is now considered one of the most successful patients of Dr. Now. Keep reading to see what she’s been up to today.
My 600-lb Life: Milla Clarke Continues To Stay Healthy
Milla weighed 751 pounds when she appeared in the show. Her whole family had to move to Houston to have easier access to Dr. Now. She dropped 110 pounds from her weight loss plans and 43 lbs from her lymphedema removal. After that, the mother of five aimed to finally walk again. She was able to stand after a year and weighed 598.8 lbs, which qualifies her to undergo bariatric surgery. She also had knee replacement surgery, allowing her to walk without the help of a walker. The My 600-lb Life alum’s last official weight was 477 pounds, and she’s still aiming to shed more behind the cameras.

Milla Stays In Touch With Her Fans
Milla has documented her weight loss journey on social media after her episode. The former My 600-lb Life star has been sharing photos of herself looking slimmer. She has been able to drive herself as well as take care of her grandchildren. Furthermore, she likes to share healthy recipes. Back in August, she shared her grilled chicken and lamb filled with lettuce, pearl onions, and cucumber sauce.

It also appears that she’s no longer limiting herself to what she eats as she continues to follow her workout plans. Aside from that, Milla Clarke has been able to put more effort into her kids. Back in 2022, she bought her son his first car. The loving mother also likes to take her kids on outdoor trips, especially to resorts.
My 600-lb Life: Milla Clarke Began Dating Again After Heartbreaking Loss
Back in 2017, TLC released an episode of My 600-lb Life: Where Are They Now? featuring Milla and the death of her husband, Elroy. According to the network, he had a minor vein repair surgery. However, he developed an infection, causing him to have a heart attack. It took him time to get resuscitated, which eventually turned into his demise.

Years later, Milla Clarke revealed that she’s dating again and is now in a relationship with a man named James. She met him on a dating site and revealed that he had an incredible bond with her kids.
