It showcased some heartbreaking stories and inspired the viewers to become more fit. Almost every season of My 600-lb Life has been entertaining. However, the tenth edition was a must-watch because of the plot twists. My 600-lb Life season 10 featured 15 cast members, many of whom had unpredictable conclusions to their shocking journeys.

Season 10 came out in November 2021 and ran through February 2022, making it nearly four months long. It featured many high-rated episodes, one of which was Lacey Buckingham’s Journey. The fifth episode featuring 36-year-old Lacey has one of the highest ratings, which means that viewers liked the unanticipated ending of her journey and were impressed by how realistic it was. Another high-rated episode was the finale, “David’s Journey.” It showcased the 30-year-old man turning his life around after being crippled by his weight.

Bianca lost a praiseworthy 155 pounds in 12 months. After the show, she began documenting her weight loss progress, which she continues today. In March 2023, the My 600-lb Life alum celebrated her birthday and looked more fit than ever.

Mike wanted to be like his past self and fix his declining life. Therefore, he joined Dr. Now’s program and dropped nearly 240 pounds in a year. Mike has become a new man since appearing on the show. He loves to inspire people on Instagram and lives a happy life as a father of four.

After Lacey’s journey, My 600-lb Life season 10 featured another similar case. Episode 6 showcased the journey of Paul MacNeill, a 35-year-old Auburndale native who weighed nearly 750 pounds. He struggled to live a normal life and was worried he’d lose his girlfriend. Paul kickstarted his weight loss and dropped 116 pounds in six months. While Paul’s journey ended in six months, he continued to live a healthy life. He got engaged to his girlfriend, Jenn, and became more active than ever. Paul has become unrecognizable after transforming his body and face.

Ryan Barkdoll

My 600-Lb. Life': Tragic Looming Death Derails Ryan Barkdoll

In episode 7, My 600-lb Life season 10 viewers saw the journey of Ryan Barkdoll. The 31-year-old Columbia Falls resident weighed over 740 pounds during his debut and struggled with extreme food addiction. He wanted to change his life and began following Dr. Now’s program. However, he failed to attend the appointments in later episodes and quit the weight loss program after 10 months. Ryan only lost 80 pounds and hasn’t talked about his weight loss progress since. In 2023, it’s unknown what happened to the former My 600-lb Life cast member. He appears to have disappeared from social media.

James Bedard

James Bedard appeared in episode 8 of My 600-lb Life season 10, weighing 625 pounds. The 38-year-old New York native revealed himself as a family guy who loved Haitian food. However, he finally had enough of it after his addiction began impacting his life. James suffered an unexpected tragedy during his journey when his father passed away. Therefore, he was only able to drop 119 pounds in 12 months. Unfortunately, there’s no info on what happened to James after his appearance on My 600-lb Life. He doesn’t appear to be active on any social media platform.

Episode 9 of My 600-lb Life season 10 was all about Lucas Higdon from Conroe, Texas. Lucas was determined to change his life, which became apparent when he lost 218 pounds in a year. Soon after the show, he continued his fitness journey and became active as he dreamed. Lucas got an IT certification from Google and completely transformed himself.

At the time, she was a proud mama’s girl but needed to be more independent and healthy. During her time on the show, Margaret dropped 155 pounds and got approved for gastric bypass surgery. She has since moved on to live a much better life. In 2022, Margret raised donations for Arkansas Children. She also posted new photos that show her toned face. In one of her posts, Margaret commented and shared that she is “doing really good.”

Ontreon Shannon

Ontreon was 702 pounds when he debuted on My 600-lb Life season 10. He had faith in God and was training to become a minister. The Texas native did not move the needle during his journey. Instead, he gained several pounds by the time his episode concluded. Shannon doesn’t seem to be active on social media these days, although he had an active account a few years ago.

Dolly Martinez

The following episode of My 600-lb Life season 10 showcased the journey of Dolly Martinez. The 26-year-old woman was nearly 600 pounds when she joined Dr. Now’s program to improve her life. She struggled with physical pain and immobility. While Dolly had everything she needed to improve her life, she could only drop 40 pounds in 10 months. As a result, she didn’t get cleared for the surgery. Dolly didn’t share much about her journey after the show. However, she did post a photo of herself in June 2023, revealing she has dropped nearly 100 pounds.

Larry Myers

Larry Myers appeared to showcase his journey in episode 13 of My 600-lb Life season 10. The 45-year-old Albany resident was 648 pounds at the start of the episode and wanted to receive a second weight loss surgery. He wanted to thrive as a gospel recording artist. Larry followed Dr. Now’s program religiously on the show. Therefore, he dropped an astounding 118 pounds in twelve months. Unfortunately, things went downhill for him in 2023. Larry passed away three days after his forty-ninth birthday. He suffered a heart attack.

Lisa Ebberson

Lisa never met Dr. Now in person and quit the program multiple times during her journey. Lisa didn’t have a good time on the show and has spoken about the network and filming crew’s bad ethics. Lisa has disappeared from social media, and it doesn’t seem like she truly transformed her life.

David Nelson

David wanted to fix his life and live his adulthood freely. He followed Dr. Now’s instructions and dropped 155 pounds in a year. After the show, David became as free as a bird and began exploring new places. He relocated to the Lone Star State and got financial assistance from fans. David’s latest photos show his face has changed immensely. The My 600-lb Life alum wants to be 250 pounds and currently weighs 495.
