Monday’s episode of 90 Day: The Last Resort saw an
emotional Kalani break down as she revealed
just how long Asuelu has kept up his scandalous ways.
“Once a cheater, always a cheater,” is an unofficial saying that many people view as a fact. While not always accurate, there is certainly some truth to it. For Asuelu, that saying just might be a way of life. In the most recent episode of 90 Day: The Last Resort, Asuelu’s sordid past was put on display for all to see. Fighting through tears during their therapy session, Kalani finally revealed the extent of Asuelu’s cheating while talking to a producer.
“Basically since the beginning of Asuelu and I’s relationship, he’s cheated the whole time. So when we were dating, when I was pregnant, before he came here, like what three years into our marriage, and then now so it’s just been this pattern,” Kalani said during her emotional confession. “So how do you forgive someone for something they keep doing?”
Asuelu’s Scandalous Ways Have Finally Caught Up To Him
Kalani’s bombshell of a confession may have been hard to hear for some, but it appears to have been a weight lifted off of Kalani’s chest. She reveals that multiple women have been involved with Asuelu. A fact that she was willing to overlook for the sake of love. “I stayed with him because I was pregnant. I did it because I thought we would be together forever. So feeling my feelings just die… I just never wanted this to happen,” Kalani said.
Despite the fact that Kalani was able to look past Asuelu’s scandalous ways in the past, it appears that a romantic bridge between the two has been forever burned. Asuelu’s latest infidelity resulted in him giving her a hall pass, which Kalani eventually accepted. Since that moment, Kalani has admitted that she is no longer sexually attracted to Asuelu. In fact, she even revealed that she has romantic feelings for the other man she became involved with.
“I honestly just feel grossed out,” Kalani said. “I just think of his penis with somebody else so that just disgusts me and I don’t want to do anything else. When I found out what happened, I just blocked out love to him because I’m afraid of being hurt.”
Too Little Too Late
In their latest therapy session, Kalani stated that Asuelu has been giving her his full and undivided attention. Something which she has craved for years. But as of now, friendship is the only thing on her mind when it comes to him. Even during the couple’s Kama Sutra class, Kalani said she felt like she was hanging out with someone who was just a friend. She admitted that she felt as if she was completely sexually closed off to Asuelu.
Asuelu acknowledged his shortcomings in the couple’s relationship. “I feel like I’ve done a lot of bad things in our relationship and I really want to work on myself. I need to treat my wife better,” Asuelu said. The couple’s current situation is a far cry from when viewers were first introduced to them back in 2018.
Even with Asuelu’s newfound dedication to Kalani, it appears that she has moved on from their romantic relationship. His scandalous ways just might be too much for the couple to overcome.
