The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that a new face is joining the CBS soap.
According to Deadline, Crew Morrow is already filming as a Will Spencer recast and
will make his debut in the role on August 1. Morrow’s name no doubt sounds familiar to
The Young and the Restless fans.
Crew Morrow has a famous father since he’s the son of Joshua Morrow (Nick Newman) and his wife, Tobe.
Now the 19-year-old actor is joining the soap world as well, so it’ll be exciting to see the younger Morrow make his first appearance on B&B.
As for Morrow’s other acting gigs so far, he’s been featured in Continental Split and Healing Towers.
Morrow is sure to make a splash on daytime TV next when he kicks off his run next month.
Will Spencer was last played by Finnegan George from 2018- 2020 – and from 2013-2018, he was portrayed by Zane Achor, the real-life son of Heather Tom (Katie Logan).
B&B has made the decision to age Will up a bit by putting Morrow in the role.
Of course, there’s another interesting soap connection to note since Tom (ex-Victoria Newman on Y&R) and Joshua Morrow portrayed siblings on The Young and the Restless once upon a time.
Tom will now be playing a mom to her former TV brother’s real-life son, so that’s almost as wild as some of the soapy family trees we’re all used to!
Once Crew Morrow first appears on August 1, he’ll jump right into some great drama.
Will’s going to meet his new sister now that Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) has been confirmed as Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) daughter with Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park).
Katie has plenty of suspicions when it comes to Poppy, so viewers will be eager to see Will’s take on the new woman in Bill’s life.
If Will is still rooting for Bill and Katie to get back together, he may not approve of Poppy making herself right at home in the Spencer mansion.
Regardless, it’ll be fun to have Will back on canvas, so we’ll bring you more story predictions and updates on any other major casting news.
