Nicola and Meisha hogged the spotlight for their conservative Christian beliefs. The former has been worried that his mom will not accept a non-virgin woman. Finally, it appears that Nicola gathered the courage to propose to his Minnesota girlfriend.
According to ET, the 90 Day Fiance couple will exchange rings in the upcoming episode. In it, Nicola took Meisha to the busy streets of Jerusalem to spend some time together. However, he surprised his lady life after getting down on his knee suddenly in the middle of a walkway.
The TLC star said, “I am asking you if you want to marry me” while leaving Meisha in complete shock. Nicola started his proposal by explaining how long he had been waiting to find a woman like her. He went on to say, “You know that I love you so much” as he kneeled in front of his lady love.
Further, the 90 Day Fiance star expressed that he doesn’t have a ring right now but they will have to go buy one. However, Meisha was shocked after hearing those words and took some time to process them. Nicola went on to ask, “Are you saying yes or no?” and she replied quickly with a “Yes.”

The 90 Day Fiance stars have been together for more than seven years and bonded over Catholicism. Nicola went on to express why he chose the location for the proposal. He stated, “It’s very, like, almost sacred” because it’s just 20 meters from the Holy Sepulchre Church.
Further, the Minnesota native expressed that her heart was beating out her chest while her partner was proposing to her. However, she was extremely happy as she had been praying to god about this for a long time.
